Coursesetter's Notes:
Turtle Bay East is a pretty flat course with only one major runup and one minor unrideable offcamber section. Located in the flood plain of the Sacramento River, it has a several rocky sections. The dirt is generally hard-packed and fast, though there is one muddy section that can get several inches deep.
This was the first course ever used by the Shasta Race Series, so it's appropriate to start out a new series here once again.
